It’s a Six Days Trip
Day 1:
Assemble at Sealdah Railway Station at 19:30 P.M. and departure from Sealdah station by Kanchankanya Express (13149) in 2nd class AC at 20:30 hrs. Food will be served in the train.
Day 2:
On the second day the train will arrive at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station and transfer to Kurseong. Passengers will enjoy DHR ride from Kurseong to Darjeeling station. Accommodation is arranged by the IRCTC. The evening of the second day is for leisure and personal activities like a stroll to Mall road. Enjoy the range of mountains and scenic beauty at mall road. Take a walk through the Darjeeling Mall. Dinner and overnight stay will be in the hotel in Darjeeling.
Day 3:
The third day tourists will have to gather at 4:30 in the morning to have a view of Tiger Hill, Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop. After returning to hotel, the passengers will be served breakfast and set ready to view the beauty of Japanese Temple, Zoo, HMI & Tibetan Handicraft centre.
Day 4:
The fourth day is a half day trip to Tea gardens and tea plantations.
Day 5:
Transfer to NJP Railway station for return journey via Mirik Lake-an excellent scenic spot nestled and forested hills at an altitude of 5800 ft., famous for its man-made Sumendu Lake, Orange orchards, Cardamom plantations and tea estates which enhance the surroundings. The tour will end by a return journey to the Kanchankanya Express (13150) in 2nd class AC.
Day 6:
The train will arrive at Sealdah Railway station at 08:15 hrs on the sixth day. Tour ends with sweet memories.
